MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

General Requirement:

Minimum GPA 2,8

Maximum 27 years old

Actively involved in organizational activities

Having good analitical thinking and leadership skills

Willing to be placed in all Auto2000 branches

1.MT-Sales SPV (Subject : SBY - MT Sales SPV)

Qualification :

- S1/S2 Any Major

- Preferably have experience in Sales Area

Prepared to be: Sales Supervisor à Branch Head

2.MT-Finance & Admin.SPV (Subject : SBY - MT FA SPV)

Qualification :

- S1 Finance/Accounting

Prepared to be: Finance & Adm Head

3.MT-After Sales SPV (Subject : SBY - MT AS SPV)

Qualification :

- S1 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Prepared to be: Service Head / Parts Head

4.MT-Human Resource (Subject : SBY – MT HR)

Qualification :

- S1/S2 Psychology / Human Resource Management / Industrial Engineering

- Preferably have experience in HR area (assesment/training design)

Prepared to be: HR Analyst
